fa غربالگری تکاملی کودکان ۶۰-۴ ماهه شهر تهران با استفاده از آزمون‌های غربالگری تکاملی دنور۲ و پرسشنامه سنین و مراحل طب اطفال Pediatrics پژوهشی Original <p style="direction: rtl text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">هدف</span>: این مطالعه به منظور بررسی وضعیت تکاملی کودکان ۴-۶۰ ماهه شهر تهران با استفاده از آزمون‌های غربالگری تکاملی دنور۲ (DDST-II) و پرسشنامه سنین و مراحل (ASQ)، مقایسه نتایج غربالگری و تعیین ضریب توافق دو آزمون صورت گرفت.</p> <p style="direction: rtl text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی</span>: در این مطالعه مقطعی، ۱۹۷ کودک (۱۰۴ پسر و ۹۳ دختر) ۶۰-۴ ماهه (میانگین ۲۳/۵) به‌وسیله DDST-II و ASQ در چهار مرکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر تهران با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، مورد غربالگری تکاملی قرار گرفتند؛ که در ۱۵٪ کودکان، ارزیابی به‌وسیله متخصصین کودکان آشنا به حیطه تکامل – که از نتیجه غربالگری اطلاعی نداشتند – تکرار شد.</p> <p style="direction: rtl text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته‌ها</span>: نتایج DDST-II و ASQ به ترتیب ٪۳۷ و ٪۱۸ از کودکان را مبتلا به تأخیر تکاملی نشان داد؛ که با در نظر گرفتن مواردی که علیرغم طبیعی بودن، از نظر والدین مشکوک بودند، این میزان به‌ترتیب به ٪۳۸ و ٪۴۳ می‌رسید. ضریب توافق کاپا بین دو آزمون ضعیف بود (۰/۲۱) (۰/۰۰۲=P) ( حیطه حرکات درشت ۰/۲۴، گفتار و زبان ۰/۱۸، فردی- اجتماعی ۰/۰۶ و حرکات ظریف ۰/۰۵). ضریب توافق بین معاینه پزشک با DDST-II و ASQ به ترتیب ۰٫۱۷ (۰٫۰۹۹=P) و ۰٫۴۷ (۰٫۰۰۳=P) بود.</p> <p style="direction: rtl text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">نتیجه‌گیری</span>: این مطالعه مشخص کرد که ضریب توافق بین نتایج آزمون‌های غربالگری DDST-II و ASQ ضعیف است، بنابراین برای انتخاب یک ابزار غربالگری مناسب، باید نتایج حاصل از هر دو آزمون با یک آزمون استاندارد طلایی تشخیصی مقایسه شوند.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--><o:officedocumentsettings> <o:relyonvml> <o:allowpng> </o:allowpng></o:relyonvml></o:officedocumentsettings></p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--><!--stripped--><span style="font-weight: bold">Objective</span>: This research was designed to evaluate the developmental status of children aged 4–60 months in Tehran city by two developmental screening tests, Denver Developmental Screening Test II (DDST II) and Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) and also to determine the consistency coefficient between these two tests.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials & Methods</span>: In this cross–sectional study, DDST II and ASQ were performed on 197 children (104 boys, 93 girls), aged 4–60 months (Mean=23.5 months), at four health centers in Tehran city. Evaluation of 15% of children was repeated by Developmental Pediatricians who were blinded to the screening results. </p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">Results</span>: Developmental disorders were observed in 37% and 18% of children who were examined by DDST II and ASQ tests, respectively. Considering those children who were healthy but their parents were concerned about their developmental status, these figures changed to 38% and 43%, respectively. The estimated consistency coefficient between DDST II and ASQ was 0.21 which is weak (P=0.002) (for gross motor 0.24, language 0.18, personal-social 0.06 and fine motor 0.05). The consistency coefficient between the physicians’ examination with DDST II and ASQ were 0.17 (P=0.099) and 0.47 (P=0.003), respectively.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">Conclusion</span>: A weak consistency coefficient was found between DDST II and ASQ tests.
