fa تعیین ضریب پایایی دستورالعمل کنترل حرکتی دهان گفتار رابینز-کلی در جامعه کودکان فارسی زبان اصفهانی و ارائه برخی از نمرات هنجار آنها عمومى General پژوهشی Original <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>هدف: </strong>بررسی حاضر با هدف ارائه یک ارزیابی جامع و کامل از ساختمان و عملکرد حرکتی مکانیسم گفتار در کودکان پیش‌دبستانی شکل گرفت.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه در بخش اول بصورت توصیفی و اعتبارسنجی و در بخش دوم بصورت مقطعی مقایسه‌ای انجام شد. پس از ترجمه و اعتباریابی پروتکل کنترل حرکتی دهان-گفتار رابینز و کلی طی یک مطالعه مقدماتی، این دستورالعمل به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد راه صوتی برای 300 کودک 3 تا 6 ساله فارسی زبان اصفهانی که به شیوه تصادفی و خوشه‌ای از بین مهدکودکها و آمادگیها انتخاب و به سه گروه تقسیم شده بودند، اجرا شد. از معیار آلفای کرونباخ برای تعیین ضریب پایایی و برای گزارش هنجارها از ارائه میانگین و انحراف معیار استفاده شده است. برخی از تفاوتهای مشاهده شده میان گروههای سنی مختلف نیز با آزمونهای تی و آنووا مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.<strong> </strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نمرات کودکان 5 تا 6 ساله در اغلب متغیرهای عملکردی به طور معناداری بیشتر از سایر گروههای سنی بود (P<0/001). ضریب پایایی فرم پروتکل نیز به تفکیک گروههای سنی و دو متغیر ترکیبی نمره کل ساختمان از 0/19 تا 0/59 و ‌نمره‌کل عملکرد اندامهای گفتاری از 0/75 تا 0/80 گزارش شد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> عملکردهای گفتاری کودکان با افزایش سن افزایش یافته که نشان از بلوغ عصبی و مهارتی کودکان بزرگتر در اجرای عملکردهای دهانی و گفتاری دارد. این پروتکل در مقایسه با سایر ارزیابی‌های موجود می‌تواند ارزیابی صحیح تری از مکانیسم دهان- حنجره در دیزارتری دوران کودکی ارائه داده و برای آپراکسی رشدی گفتار نیز معرف بهتری نسبت به سایر تستهای موجود می‌باشد. با توجه به بالا بودن ضرایب پایایی ‌نمره‌کل عملکرد اندامهای گفتاری در گروههای مختلف سنی، می‌توان از این بخش از پروتکل در تحقیقات و امور بالینی استفاده مطلوب نمود.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>Objective:</strong> Current study took place in order to deliver a comprehensive assessment of oral and speech motor abilities in verbal and non-verbal tasks in normally children based on oral/speech motor control protocol and determination of this protocol validity and reliability after translation.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> First stage of this research was a descriptive study and validity assessment and in second stage it was done cross – sectional and comparatively. After translating the protocol into Farsi, some items relating to speech coordinated movements were modified to conform in Farsi. Three hundred normally Farsi speaking children were selected by radom sampling from day care centers and preschool classes. The means and standard deviations of the main variables were computed and some comparisons were analyzed by using one-way ANOVA.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>Results:</strong> The scores of 5-6 years children usually was more than other groups and their difference was significant (P<0/001). Reliability coefficient of protocol in different age groups were 0/19-0/59 in TSS and 0/75-0/80 in TFS.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results imply a meaningful increase in TFS, and MPT scores by age groups and decrease in TSS and imply increase in speech functions.
