fa انطباق و هنجاریابی نسخه بازبینی‌شده آزمون مهارت‌های بینایی-حرکتی عمومى General پژوهشی Original <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>هدف:</strong> انطباق، رواسازی و هنجاریابی آزمون مهارت‌های بینایی-حرکتی با توجه به اهمیت یکپارچگی بینایی-حرکتی در اکثر فعالیت‌های روزمره زندگی و همچنین دو عملکرد اساسی خواندن و نوشتن انجام شد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این عمل روی نمونه‌ای با حجم 1281 نفر در فاصله سنی (2 سال و 11 ماه) تا (13 سال و 11 ماه) شهر تهران که با روش نمونه‌برداری چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، اجرا گردید. این آزمون از 23 طرح هندسی تشکیل شده است، هر طرح از طریق یک معیار مشخص و دقیق ارزیابی می‌شود و از طریق موارد غلط (ضعف) و صحیح (قوت) نمره‌گذاری می‌شود. برای انطباق و هنجاریابی این آزمون، ابتدا کتابچه راهنما و کتابچه معیار نمره‌گذاری به زبان فارسی ترجمه شد. با اجرای مراحل تجربی و نهایی و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها براساس مدل کلاسیک اعتبار، فرم نهایی آزمون شکل گرفت. ضریب همسانی درونی خرده‌آزمون‌ها (طبقه‌بندی‌ها) با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ و ثبات زمانی خرده‌آزمون‌ها (طبقه‌بندی‌ها) با استفاده از روش آزمون و باز‌آزمون به‌دست آمد. روایی محتوایی، ملاکی و سازه خرده‌آزمون‌ها (طبقه‌بندی‌ها) با استفاده از روش‌های مناسب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در زمینه به‌دست‌آمده در زمینه اعتبار و روایی آزمون، اطمینان کافی برای استفاده از این ابزار را برای ارزیابی مهارت‌های بینایی-حرکتی کودکان شهر تهران به‌دست می‌دهد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> براساس نتایج حاصل‌شده از این آزمون به‌عنوان ابزاری جهت مشخص‌کردن اختلال در هماهنگی چشم و دست، شناسایی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال در مهارت های بینایی-حرکتی و مستندکردن پیشرفت کودکان در زمینه مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف به‌ویژه مهارت‌های بینایی-حرکتی در کودکان 14-3 سال استفاده نمود.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>Objective:</strong> This research has been carried out with the aim of adaptation, standardization and finding the validity and reliability of Visual-Motor Skills-revised Test for children.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> A multi-stage sampling from the children of the city of Tehran resulted in a sample of 1281 subjects, ages 2,11 through 13,11.the test consisted of 23 geometric designs and each of the designs was assessed through a definite criteria and was scored as errors(weakness) and accuracies(strength).For adaptation and standardization of this test, at first step the examiner`s manual and the test items were translated into Farsi. The final form of the test was obtained after performing the pre-tryout and tryout stages, and doing the data analysis by classic model of reliability. Internal consistency coefficients of the subtests were obtained by Cronbach`s Alpha time consistency of the subtests and compound scores were obtained by test-retest. Alpha coefficients for the compound scores were obtained by Guilford formula, which is designed for estimating the compound scores. To obtain the content validity, criterion-related validity and construct validity of the subtests and compound scores, appropriate methods were used.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>Results:</strong> The results obtained ensure the applicability of this test for the evaluation of visual-motor skills of children of Tehran.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the findings, this test can be used for the disorders in eye-hand coordination, the identification of children with disorders in visual – motor skills.
