fa ارزیابی آسیب بینایی عملکردی در کودکان ایران: خلاصه سیاستی کاردرمانی Occupational Therapy خلاصه سیاستی Policy brief <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">در ایران ابزار استاندارد و مبتنی بر عملکرد برای ارزیابی بینایی عملکردی کودکان دارای آسیب بینایی به‌طور گسترده وجود ندارد یا در عمل به کار گرفته نمی‌شود. ابزارهای رایج اغلب خودگزارشی هستند یا برای جمعیت‌های سنی/زبانی خاص طراحی شده‌اند و توانایی ارزیابی دقیق نیازهای آموزشی و توان‌بخشی را محدود می‌کنند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">نبود زبان مشترک و واحد ارزیابی بین تیم‌های کاردرمانی، بینایی‌سنجی، مدارس ویژه و والدین منجر به تفاوت‌های شدید در ارزیابی، تخصیص منابع و طراحی مداخلات می‌شود و سازوکارهای تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر داده را تضعیف می‌کند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">فرصت بهبود با ابزار مبتنی بر عملکرد سنجش بینایی عملکردی که با نسخه چهارم چارچوب </span><span lang="FA">مرجع کاردرمانی</span><span lang="AR-SA"> همسو است، قابلیت مشاهده عملکرد کودک در وظایف روزمره را فراهم می‌کند، امکان مقایسه بین مراکز را می‌دهد و به طراحی مداخلات هدفمند و عدالت آموزشی کمک می‌کند. ابزار دارای ۳۲ گویه در پنج حوزه (فعالیت های روزمره زندگی، فعالیت های ابزاری، آموزش، بازی/تفریح، مشارکت اجتماعی) است و دو نسخه برای دو دامنه سنی ۳</span><span lang="AR-SA">&ndash;</span><span lang="AR-SA">۷ و ۷</span><span lang="AR-SA">&ndash;۱۰ ارائه می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;">In Iran, standardized and performance-based tools for assessing functional vision in children with visual impairments are either not widely available or not routinely implemented. Existing assessment methods are mostly self-reported or designed for specific linguistic or age groups, limiting their capacity to accurately identify educational and rehabilitation needs.<br> The absence of a shared and unified assessment language among occupational therapists, optometrists, special schools, and parents leads to wide discrepancies in evaluation, resource allocation, and intervention design &mdash; weakening data-driven decision-making mechanisms.<br> An opportunity for improvement emerges through a performance-based functional vision assessment tool aligned with the fourth edition of the Occupational Therapy Practice Framework (OTPF‑4). This tool enables observation of a child&rsquo;s real-life functional performance, facilitates inter-center comparisons, and supports the development of targeted interventions and educational equity.<br> The instrument comprises 32 items across five domains &mdash; activities of daily living, instrumental activities, education, play/leisure, and social participation &mdash; and is available in two versions for age groups 3&ndash;7 and 7&ndash;10 years.</span></span></span></div> بینایی عملکردی, آسیب بینایی, کاردرمانی, ارزیابی, خلاصه سیاستی.
