en بررسی تجربیات پرستاران از مشکلات آموزشی و عوامل تأثیرگذار در مرکز توانبخشی رفیده: تحلیل محتوای کیفی پرستاری Nursing پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA">نیروی انسانی آموزش‌دیده و ماهر نقش مهمی در تحقق اهداف سازمانی دارد و شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی نخستین گام در برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی مؤثر است، چرا که تعیین شکاف‌های دانشی و مهارتی مسیر آموزش هدفمند را فراهم می‌کند. این امر همچنین به ارتقای کیفیت خدمات و بهبود عملکرد کارکنان کمک می‌کند</span>. &nbsp;این مطالعه با هدف <span lang="AR-SA">تبیین و شناسایی تجربیات پرستاران از مشکلات آموزشی و عوامل تأثیرگذار در مرکز توانبخشی رفیده </span><span lang="FA">انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="FA">روش کار:</span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش یک مطالعه کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی بر اساس روش گرانهایم و لاندمن بود. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با </span><span lang="FA">۱۶</span> <span lang="AR-SA">پرستار توانبخشی شاغل در بیمارستان توانبخشی رُفیـده جمع‌آوری شد. مصاحبه‌ها با هدف درک عمیق تجربیات پرستاران از مشکلات آموزشی و عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آموزش آنان طراحی و اجرا گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها به‌صورت همزمان با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات انجام شد و فرایند کدگذاری و دسته‌بندی مفاهیم تا رسیدن به اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت، به‌طوری که هیچ اطلاعات یا مفهومی جدیدی از مصاحبه‌ها استخراج نمی‌شد. این رویکرد امکان شناسایی دقیق الگوها، مفاهیم کلیدی و عوامل زمینه‌ای را فراهم آورد و به تبیین تجربیات و دیدگاه‌های شرکت‌کنندگان در مورد چالش‌های آموزشی پرستاران کمک کرد</span>.<span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به استخراج مضامین اصلی از جمله </span><span lang="AR-SA">&laquo;چالش‌های آموزش پرستاری&raquo;، &laquo;ارزیابی نیازهای آموزشی&raquo;، &laquo;برنامه آموزشی مؤثر&raquo; و &laquo;حمایت سازمانی&raquo; </span><span lang="FA">شد. شرکت‌کنندگان بر ضرورت آموزش‌های کاربردی و عملی، استفاده از روش‌های نوین و تلفیقی، نظام منتورینگ، انعطاف‌پذیری برنامه‌ها و مشارکت اعضای هیئت علمی و همکاری بین‌رشته‌ای با فیزیوتراپیست‌ها و کاردرمانگران تأکید کردند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="FA">نتیجه گیری:</span></strong><span lang="FA"> نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد برای ارتقای توانمندسازی پرستاران توانبخشی و پاسخ به نیازهای آموزشی آن ها، باید برنامه‌های آموزشی جامع، فرد‌محور و مبتنی بر نیاز طراحی و اجرا شوند. مشارکت اعضای هیئت علمی، ایجاد انگیزه در پرستاران و تقویت زیرساخت‌های آموزشی می‌تواند اثربخشی آموزش و کیفیت مراقبت در مراکز توانبخشی را افزایش دهد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b>Objective</b>: Trained and skilled human resources play an important role in achieving organizational goals, and identifying educational needs is the first step in effective educational planning, as determining knowledge and skill gaps provides a path for targeted education. This also helps to improve the quality of services and improve employee performance. This study aimed to investigate nurses&#39; experiences of educational problems and influencing factors in Rofeideh Rehabilitation Center.<br> <b>Methods</b>: This research was a qualitative study with a qualitative content analysis approach based on the Granheim and Landman method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 16 rehabilitation nurses working in Rofeideh Rehabilitation Hospital. The interviews were designed and conducted with the aim of gaining a deep understanding of nurses&#39; experiences of educational problems and influencing factors in their education. Data analysis was conducted simultaneously with data collection, and the coding and concept categorization process continued until data saturation was reached, such that no new information or concepts were extracted from the interviews. This approach allowed for the accurate identification of patterns, key concepts, and contextual factors, and helped explain participants&rsquo; experiences and perspectives on nursing education challenges.<br> <b>Findings</b>: Data analysis yielded the extraction of primary themes, including &ldquo;Nursing Education Challenges,&rdquo; &ldquo;Educational Needs Assessment,&rdquo; &ldquo;Effective Educational Programming&rdquo; and &ldquo;Organizational Support.&rdquo; Participants underscored the necessity for practical and applied training, the utilization of modern and hybrid pedagogical methods, the implementation of mentorship systems, program flexibility, engagement of faculty members and interdisciplinary collaboration with physiotherapists and occupational therapists.<br> <b>Conclusion</b>: The findings of this study indicate that to enhance the empowerment of rehabilitation nurses and address their educational requirements, comprehensive, person-centered and needs-based educational programs must be designed and implemented.
