According to calculations by 10 to 30% all sports injuries and 80% of involve the ankle injury. Materials & Methods: study the effect of proprioceptive training on dynamic balance basketball players with ankle sprains.The present study of quasi-experimental the with age range 22-18 years, 30 basketball players randomly divided into two equal experimental basis proprioceptive training were performed 5 weeks. Meanwhile, the dynamic balance of the subjects before and after training was measured with Biodex balance system. To analyze the data were used spss software version 16. Results: Sample in this study men with a mean age (1/35±19/86) experimental groups and (1/23±19/66) in the control group was.T-test results showed that the experimental group after training compared to before the proprioceptive dynamic balance score overall (P=0/001), latral (P=0/001) and anterior-posterior (P=0/001) that difference was significant, But dynamic balance scores in the conterol group overall (P=0/550), lateral (P=0/480) and anterior-posterior (P=0/840), that difference was not significant. Conclusion: According to results of this study can correct and early rehabilitation of injuries athletes’ ankle proprioceptive training to prevent disability re-spirin and emphasized the improvement of balance parameters }, URL = {http://rehabilitationj.uswr.ac.ir/article-1-1195-en.html}, eprint = {http://rehabilitationj.uswr.ac.ir/article-1-1195-en.pdf}, journal = {Archives of Rehabilitation}, doi = {}, year = {2014} }
